Deco Drive shows some ParkJockey love!

Louis Aguirre and Lynn Martinez are no strangers to the struggles of finding parking in Miami so last night they shared with their viewers a better way – PARKJOCKEY! Just as the White Hot Heat were taking on the Brooklyn Nets, Deco Drive highlighted ParkJockey’s ability to score you parking at the arena, in advance or on-the-go.

App Store features ParkJockey in “Best New Apps”

The ParkJockey Team woke up this morning feeling pretty chuffed with themselves (below should paint a thousand pictures)!

After all the hard work recently, the reward has come… being featured as one of the “Best New Apps” on the iTunes UK App Store.  Not to mention the great company we were alongside, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Tumblr & SnapChat and being the only ‘Navigation’ catergorised app in this section.

Onwards and upwards, the hard work continues…

ParkJockey CEO speaks at eMerge Americas Conference

The eMerge Americas conference wrapped up yesterday and we were so proud to have participated in its inaugural year. Yesterday our CEO, Umut Tekin, spoke on the Big City Mobility panel, highlighting how ParkJockey’s technology is helping users save time and money while improving the city’s traffic congestion. Umut also discussed how increased automation will drive the industry forward.

We look forward to continuing our involvement in the tech community in Miami and abroad.

ParkJockey featured in The Financial Times

Just this evening, ParkJockey has been published in The Financial Times.

The article shows off the ParkJockey app as a solution for ‘solving travel problems’ and using the ‘reach of the web to allocate physical asserts more efficiently’ – the combination ultimately helps people find nearby parking spaces and guarantees them by pre-booking.

The Financial Times website has 13.6 million monthly unique users, and the print version has a 230,470 daily circulation, based on our own estimates. The print version of the article will come out tomorrow. Watch out for us tomorrow amongst the pink sheets.

Since the media hype this week, ParkJockey has been reaping the rewards. Notably today, where we were given the accolade of  ‘App of the Day’ according to Mobile Entertainment, a website that report the latest news, views and analysis from the fast-moving mobile content industry, especially apps!

ParkJockey on live TV!

This morning was a momentous occasion:  ParkJockey was exposed to millions on live TV!

Not only have we accumulated 1000’s of social media mentions but also we got picked up in the top tech blogs such as The Next Web and IT Pro Portal, and not to mention our prime time breakfast slot on the one of the worlds top news channels – CNBC!

Our CEO Umut Tekin was asked to be featured on the CNBC morning show Worldwide Exchange, interviewed by Ross Westgate. ParkJockey’s app demo video was shown in the background presenting the seamless and ease of booking that coveted parking space with our app.

So, dear reader, hereby we give you ParkJockey – the parking solution that ‘Helps You Find That Elusive Parking Spot’ in London, because as studies show ‘you don’t want to spend a year out of your life time searching for parking, or do you?’
